Moda "Misc" Club Approved 'Vendor' - 3 Month Reoccurring

This is 3 month admin fee to have vendor rights to post on Moda Misc Club (Facebook group). 

This includes:

- Minimum one shoutout per group/month from admin

- Minimum one pinned post a week 

- Group Expert Badges

- Preapprovals in both Moda Misc Club (Facebook group)
