John: Moda "Gold" Club Approved 'Vendor' - 3 Month Reoccurring

This is a monthly reoccurring signup to be on our Approved Vendor List in our Moda Gold Club (facebook group).  This is special pricing for a 3 month commitment minimum.  This is best suited for people  who everyone in here already know that you’re the “plug” for whatever it is that you sell.

Services are rendered prior to payment.  Confirmation with QR code will be sent once purchased is completed.
